Komix
I did some comics in the past, as another complement to my constructed
worlds.
As always, I started with a joke, the Chabones Rangers. The title:
It's a mix of the Power Rangers (which I would hate) and the Argentinian
Slang word "chabón". Chabón means "unskillful", but it's used as a common
vocative or just as "guy".
The comics I did (around 1996) were horrible (REALLY horrible). Their
scripts are bad jokes, the stories last two pages and the drawings...
better not to ask.
But as with the religion, the things started
being a joke, continued as a serious job. I did then lots of better comics
(I won't say they're good, cause they're almost all copies of better works
from other people with another characters and with a lot of modified details).
I continued doing comics as a hobby till 1999, when I stopped doing them.
I created another characters (not just the "Chabones Rangers"), as Forman,
Hiperman, The Mutants and others. Some comics are really a mess, cause they
travel to different times, places, "dimensions", "destinies" and "alternative
days"... AHHHH!!!
But what I liked most is telling my own religion facts in the comics (in example,
I use the primal god of Dwarfism in stories, as a friend of the characters, helping
them to do missions).
